Tweedledee and Tweedledum are characters in the book Trough the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There. They are depicted to be twins who are chubby in their appearance and wearing identical attires. The Tweedledee and Tweedledum costumes are very popular among pairs, in a costume party or during Halloween. These costumes have their typical characteristics and are available in stores and are quite easy to make as well.
Tweedle Dee/Tweedle Dum Child - Fairytale Classics Costume
Includes one piece jumpsuit with attached suspenders, bowtie, and propeller hat. Available in child sizes Small 4-6x, Medium 7-10, and 7-10 Husky. Shoes and gloves are not included.
Tweedle Dum adult costume includes jumpsuit, hat, and gloves. Available in one size, Adult Standard. Shoes, socks, and makeup not included.
The typical Tweedledee and Tweedledum Costumes, have the jumpsuits in red color with suspenders and the inside top has a horizontal striped design in blue and white. The buttons are of a golden color on the top and has a huge white collar. The bow tie is also huge in navy blue color. The main feature of the Tweedledee and Tweedledum Costumes is the propeller cap.

The visor of the cap is in the same design and color as the top and the sides are of a plain navy blue. The center of the cap has red bands with a white stripe in the center. The top of the cap has a yellow propeller. White gloves and black shoes complete the attire.

Many couples also wear this costume and is available in adult sizes as well. There are certain color variations in the jumpsuits and also the bow tie, but the pattern always remains the same. You can get the jumpsuits in navy blue and the bow ties in bright red colors. The pattern being the same this costumes can be made at home also if you are good at tailoring. The gloves and cap can be bought separately.
